Usage:
Copper accumulator for household air conditioner (briefly called as copper accumulator below) is the part of household air conditioner system to store, filtrate refrigerant and return oil. Its function is as following
1.1.1 Storing refrigerant when machine stop running.
1.1.2 Under abnormal condition, accumulator can prevent too much liquid entering into compressor cylinder directly, or else liquid hit will happen.

1.1.3 Filtrating impurity of refrigerant in normal condition.
1.1.4 Lubricant return to compressor.
Working principle:
Refrigerant flowing back to compressor is gas-liquid mixture. Liquid is heavy and falls to the bottom of accumulator, and gas is light and moves up and stays at the top of accumulator, which separates liquid from gas refrigerant. Then gas is sucked back by compressor.
Usage Notice:
3.1 Installing correctly:
As for hang fasten accumulator, tighten fitting bolt with reasonable torque to avoid noise caused by bolt loose during operating. As for hold fasten accumulator, rubber padding should be added inside of hold hoop.
3.2 Using correctly:
Choose suitable accumulator according to required refrigerant, working pressure and connection size when applied in cooling system. Because inlet and outlet tubes are close to body welding position, try to avoid welding blaze heating the welding line and leakage occurring in the welding line of connection tube and body when accumulator is brazed with compressor and pipe circle for second time.
